Mumtaz collects personal information in several ways when you place an order or make an account with shopmumtaz.com. By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address (es) for the purpose of order process. Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our Payment Service provider's systems. We may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks which may contain your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order. Rest assured, your personal information is protected by an additional security layer called SSL which ensures your sensitive information is transmitted securely through an encrypted link. Returns & Exchange

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Mumtaz, our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item. The help you need is just a click away!

Domestic Orders:

  • Valid Days of Exchange: Any article purchased online can be exchanged from our within 7 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase. For customers who opt for online exchange process, with a valid reason for exchange, won’t have to pay courier charges for exchange pickup.
  • Proof of Purchase: This includes an online order confirmation email.
  • Conditions Qualified for Exchange: Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defected, in wrong size, or incorrect. All deliveries must be returned in their original packaging.

Note: Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings and lighting in the installation location. Therefore, it doesn’t qualify as valid condition for exchange.

  • Process of Online Exchange: It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified. If customers are dissatisfied with the item or have ordered and received the size that won’t fit them then they would be asked to send the article back to us to our mentioned address. However, if the item is defected or incorrect then the article will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.
  • Items not Allowed for Exchange: Articles purchased on discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange. Note: For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than usual. For further assistance, you can contact our customer service department by emailing us at cs@shopmumtaz.com or you can call us at 0329-9260271. Provide all the required information to our representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep.

International Orders:

Currently, Mumtaz does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.

Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.

Process of Online Exchanges

You can now exchange your order online through our online portal for exchange by logging into your Mumtaz Online account that you used to place your order. The Exchange validity period for the online exchange is 7 days.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Mumtaz does not offer a return policy. However, we can guide you in requesting an exchange for your article. Please refer to the above-mentioned Exchange policy for this.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon of same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future. Please study your coupon carefully for further details.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
  • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your invoice as well as order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will be applicable to your order.
  • Mumtaz holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

Delivery Policy

Here’s all what you’d need to know about our delivery policy:

Our expected delivery time within Pakistan is 3 to 5 business days. You can call us at 0329-9260271 from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm or ask away any query at Customer Service Center for cs@shopmumtaz.com

Free Delivery

  • Delivery is free on all orders above Rs. 4000/- and otherwise, delivery charges of PKR. 200 are applicable on all orders.
  • We send you an order confirmation email once the order is received. If you opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) you’re requested to pay the rider before opening the package.

Delivery during Sales:

  • During the sales, it takes 5 to 7 days for order completion, and Free Shipping is not applicable during sale.

For International Orders:

  • Our clients are required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of orders, in your country.
  • Please note that Mumtaz is not responsible for any taxes or duties, the customs office may charge you. Payment is necessary to release your package from customs.
  • Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to provide deliveries in India & Bangladesh

Terms & Condition

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/email from our representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will immediately be dispatched. Normally the delivery takes 5 to 7 working days Nationwide. It may take additional time for International orders or some areas in Pakistan.

In case the customer is not available upon delivery, a representative would call and act upon the instructions of the customer. The parcel can either be delivered on another time or dropped by at neighbors only upon receiving the payment.

Exchange Policy
We’ll accept exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

If you wish to exchange your item, we must receive your request within 07 days of the date you received your item.

Items bought on sale will not exchange.

Claims

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us at cs@shopmumtaz.com or call us at +92-329-9260271. within 07 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping Charges

After reviewing your request, if the goods delivered are not as per the order placed we will get it picked from your doorstep and you will not be charged shipping for that order and the order will be replaced as per original intended order.

In case the customer is not satisfied with the order received, Mumtaz will issue a credit note to you on complaint which can be used within 30 days to make purchases online.
