Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept bank Transfer, Credit / Debt Card payments and Cash on Delivery.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and whats app confirmatin message from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery cost of Orders outside Pakistan depends on weight, Delivery charges will show at the time of Checkout. For Pakistan Free shipping on orders above PKR 4000/- below this will charge PKR 200/-.

Can I return an online order, in store? How do I return or exchange unwanted items?

All items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase at the store with the original receipt  and tags attached to the garment.

Do you have a return policy?

No, we do not have a return policy.

I cannot find the item I want online. How do I find out about the style, fit or fabric of an item?

If you do not find the style online, you can message us on the customer service number 0329-9260271.

How can I choose the best size for me?

Our size chart will help you finding the right size for you.

What if I wish to speak to someone before placing my order?

You can whatsapp us or call on the customer service number. Our representative will help answer all your queries.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation?
